About the Role

~1 min read- Provides end-to-end support for new business and after-sales transactions, including application screening, requirements assessment, and endorsement to relevant units.
- Ensures timely processing of prioritized cases, especially during month-end cut-off periods.
- Clearly communicates pending and outstanding requirements to sales to enable faster case resolution.
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders and partner units to resolve escalated sales cases.
- Works cross-functionally on business initiatives such as process documentation, system enhancements, and project execution.
- Cascades operational updates, policy reminders, and sales support communications to sales, Operations, and related teams.
- Prepares and presents key updates and reports during general assemblies for assigned divisions.
- Develops and distributes reports and insights to support sales productivity, performance tracking, and persistency.
- Assists the Business Center Manager in improving, documenting, and implementing sales support policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Creates job aids, quick guides, and FAQs to enhance sales capability and reduce operational friction.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in insurance operations or a comparable role.
- Strong understanding of process design, controls, and data interpretation.
- Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and initiative‑taking capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
