About the Role
~2 min readEnsure that Business Quality is a core component of Agency Distribution
strategy and also aligned to AIA's operating Philosophy of “Doing the right
thing, in the right way, with the right people and the right results will come”.
Help strengthen the first line of defense in mitigating risk and process gaps for
the Agency Distribution channel.
Enhance existing processes and recommending new procedures that will shorten BQ’s TAT.
Monitor, detect, assess/validate and report abnormal trends found in the
Predictive Modelling Tool such as agent and product profiling, policy status,
lapsed, terminations, duplicate addresses/contact numbers, etc.
Coordinate with the Business Units (BUs) to verify findings generated from the PMT.
Send out reminders and correspondences to the agents and leaders in relation to the PM findings, pending requirements, UPC and other agency-related concerns.
Review, process and monitor the Policy Replacement cases and requests based on the set guidelines.
Checks and provide updates on misconduct cases in relation to the issuance of the agents’ clearances, ARAP/APP withdrawals.
Reports/escalates any violations and noncompliance of the Company’s policies and procedures to the immediate superiors and to compliance department.
Assist Risk and Compliance with ad-hoc analysis, assessment & investigation, whenever required.
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the department head/immediate superior in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Requirements

At least a minimum of 2 years working experience in the insurance industry.
Knowledgeable in various insurance distribution or insurance business environment
Good work ethics, able to work independently with minimum supervision, resourceful and reliable in following up and completing tasks
Result-oriented and takes pride in the quality of work, continuously drive process improvements to achieve results.
Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint.
People oriented, with good interpersonal skills.
With initiative and self-motivated but a good team player.
