高级经理，中介直销渠道业务管理

岗位职责：

• 创新业务合作模式，持续获取直销客户资源，加强大型跨国中介合作业务及大型或VIP企业直销业务的拓展；
• 负责集团资源及共保组织转介绍大型客户的落地及总对总协调；
• 职场开拓，与合作渠道及直销客户进行商务谈判，能够独立完成市场拓展工作，对目标业绩指标负责；
• 分析客户需求并设计专属的保障方案,负责开拓项目的商务接洽、项目签署跟进、项目合作方案制定等并促成业务落地；
• 发展符合部门发展战略的、新的业务机会，同时维护和拓宽现有渠道合作关系。

岗位要求：

• 具有财经、统计、金融或保险专业本科及以上学历；
• 有较强的适应性，学习能力；责任心强，承压力强，勇于挑战；
• 有保险销售经验、具有10年以上的业务拓展经验；
• 具有较强的市场开拓及公关能力，有一定的渠道资源和社会关系；
• 具有良好的分析、判断和沟通能力；良好的协调组织能力和团队合作精神；
• 熟练的英语沟通能力及书写能力，有较强的讲标及竞标能力，有较强的PPT能力，可以独立撰写内外部报告及商务提案。
