• →Assist in developing/managing relationships with targeted hospitals and healthcare providers.
• →Negotiate cost effective contracts in compliance with all providers, and corporate requirements.
• →Manage/negotiate medical claims for non-contracted providers in established markets.
• →Specific projects/data analysis as directed by Medical Network Development.
• →Provide support for pre-bid assessments for the business development team, securing Letters of Intent and establishing preliminary relationships.
• →Responsible for maintaining documentation for all hospital/provider contracts and assisting with providing information for audits.
• →Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.
• →Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.
• →Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.
• →Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.
• →Must be able to communicate with both public and private stakeholders.
• →Perform other duties as assigned. Assist channels for various healthcare related events if needed.
