主要职责：

1. 受理消费者对于保险产品或服务的投诉，确保投诉渠道畅通，及时响应消费者需求；

2. 分析投诉原因，对投诉事件进行深入调查，准确记录投诉内容，确保投诉信息的完整性和准确性；

3. 协调内部资源，推动所在机构及时处理并解决投诉问题，确保消费者的合法权益得到保障；

4. 严格执行公司的各项制度和要求，完成公司制定的KPI指标；

5. 开展所辖柜面服务工作，资料收件及扫描归档、营收付费、单证管理、档案管理、印章管理、柜面设施排查等工作；

6. 为客户和销售人员提供柜面接待、咨询等服务；组织实施各类对销售人员的运营相关规则的培训及宣导；

7. 协助主管落实并完成各项追踪任务，及时进行数据整理、分析反馈，提出改进计划。

任职基本要求：

1. 全日制大学本科及以上学历，保险、法律、医学相关专业；

2. 有3年工作经验，有保险行业投诉处理或客户服务经验者优先；

3. 具备良好的服务意识、具有较好亲和力、沟通协调能力、落实执行能力；

4. 作风严谨细致、认真负责，具有强烈的责任心和团队意识。
