MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:
Supervises, assists and monitors, Field Liaison Officers and Seniors Liaison Officers in their areas of responsibility.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Approves in-patients information sheet.
• Monitors activities of In-house Liaison Officer during weekends or holidays.
• Monitors activities of Field Liaison Officer

Attending Physicians
Procedure done
Final Diagnosis
Other confinement details
B. Attendance and tardiness of team members
C. Check the location of his / her team members
D. Prepares, issues and signs LOAs
E. Encoding and updating of data into system
F. Prepares and checking of itinerary report.
G. Timely submission / completeness / integrity and consistency of paper works
H. Ensures that all discharge details are updates in JUNO.
• Mediates between approving officers and field liaison officers regarding in-patient approval status.
• Responsible for completeness of information / data needed for approval.
• Monitor team members where in all assigned areas are attended whether physically or via phone calls.
• Responsible for making sure that all admissions and discharges are known to head office.
• Provides assistance to Liaison Officer as needed for any concern that will arise • Provides training to Liaison Officers.
• Responsible for creating harmony within the team for optimal productivity.
• Responsible for checking all documents needed for ISO audit. Performs other task which may be assigned from time to time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education – Graduate of any 4 year Medical course
• Experience – At least 2 years’ experience in clinic setting or working in an HMO is an advantage.
• Other skills: With above average communication and empathic skills. Good negotiator, flexible and can do multi-tasking. Must be analytic, systematic and organized.
