About the Role

~1 min read- →Manage daily servicing operations for corporate and group insurance clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service standards.
- →Process Policy Owner Servicing (POS) requests and policy renewals, including Group Medical Rider transactions, within established turnaround times (TAT).
- →Monitor and follow up on premium collections to ensure timely payments.
- →Administer customer membership updates, including additions and terminations.
- →Handle policy amendments and other customer servicing requests.
- →Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, premium adjustment reports, and related correspondence accurately and on time.
- →Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system, process, and product enhancements.
- →Prepare assigned reports within agreed timelines.
- →Contribute to customer onboarding journey improvements and process enhancements.
- →Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong understanding of servicing processes, insurance products, and related systems.
- Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholder requests while ensuring service excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Corporate Sales Support, or Insurance Operations.
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and administrative processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience handling complex products, systems, and processes.
