•执行营销服务部/营管处人力发展或业绩推动或新人训练等工作，达成营销服务部/营管处的各项指标。

•组织实施营销员渠道各项业务活动顺利完成，保公司各项业务激励奖励落实的及时性、准确性，为公司各项业务指标的达成提供有力协助。

•负责所在地区银行渠道的业务开拓和团队建设管理，达成分公司下达的银保渠道业务目标。

•负责中心支公司银行保险渠业务数据报表的制作、方案追踪和基本法考核预警，以达成银保渠道KPI目标。

•为客户及营销员提供相关运营服务、完成各项追踪任务，进行必要的数据分析；参与项目性工作的推动与落实。
