About the Role

- Process agents’ contracting, registration and maintain proper licensing record according to the pre-defined due diligence procedures and control governance.
- Ensure the completeness of documents received (including the verification supporting document on academic qualification) at iRecruit and IA on-line portal upon receipt of full application.
- Release agent code to the new recruit upon the completeness of the application documents and granted with IA license.
- Handle enquiries from internal departments as well as agency.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
- Process agent’s IA license renewal according to the pre-defined due diligence procedures and control governance.
- Ensure the completeness of documents received and verified the information provided on IA on-line portal upon receipt of the application.
- Handle enquiries from internal departments as well as agency.
- Conduct on-the-job coaching/training to junior/new staff
- Hold in-house briefings to the teammates regularly
- Handle staff problem promptly and properly, report on results with efficient and proactive way
- Provide QA report to QA officer on a timely manner
- Maintain positive relationship with internal and external customer
Job Requirements:
- College graduated
- Language Skill: English & Cantonese
- Minimum 1 year working experience in financial institution, relevant experience in agency registration / contracting area.
- Have interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills and attentive to details.
