From inspiring meaningful connections with customers, partners and other stakeholders, to delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging, you'll be making a positive, healthy impact across all channels. You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. 

岗位职责：

1、负责统筹营销员渠道策略规划，业绩推动，营销员业务品质和销售行为管理；

2、基于对环境和新人的洞察，结合公司新人发展体系，制定新人发展规划，确保新人在不同的发展阶段均能及时获得有效的成长支持，助力新人绩效目标的实现；

3、负责分公司的客户经营分析和策略规划，依托线上和线下平台牵头客户经营活动，统筹孤儿单/保全客户经营与再开发，同时搭建和推动分公司荣誉体系，并规划和落实营销推动方案；根据分公司业务节奏，落实公司产品和价值主张的推动策略，通过多种形式提升营销员的产品和服务营销能力；

4、负责组织及举办新人面试、事业说明会，主讲事业说明会和主持人才引荐，推动、追踪新人留存和主管晋级及组织相关活动；

5、支持营销渠道的业务发展管理；提供全面、准确、专业的业务管理支持、营业数据管理分析以及业务行政服务支持。

岗位要求：

1、本科或以上学历，职能负责人具备10年左右相关工作经验，业务执行岗位具备5年以上相关工作经验；

2、人选需具备系统的业务管理结构、保险经营环境知识、业务培训及资源管理技能；

3、具备优秀的分析和决策能力、卓越的沟通和演讲技巧及扎实的项目管理技巧将作为加分条件。
