As our HR generalist, you will build and run the people operations function at ai& from the ground up. This is our first dedicated HR role and you will be the person who defines what great looks like from hiring processes and onboarding to compensation frameworks, compliance, and culture. You will work across our global locations with a primary focus on Japan, ensuring that as we scale we do not lose the things that make ai& a great place to work.
This is a hands-on role. You will build the systems, processes, and policies that the company runs on, and you will do it while also executing the day-to-day HR operations that a fast-growing team needs. You will work directly with leadership and every team in the company, and you will be the person that the team trusts to be in their corner.
