As Marketing Specialist at ai&, you will build and execute the marketing engine for a company that owns the full AI stack — from data centers and compute infrastructure to inference services and a developer platform. This is not marketing for a SaaS product with a free trial button. You are marketing physical infrastructure, enterprise AI services, and a developer platform to audiences that range from CTOs evaluating inference providers to developers choosing where to deploy their next model.
You will develop and execute campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner channels that drive awareness and pipeline for ai& in Japan and globally. You will own the marketing calendar, manage content production, and build the programs that turn ai&'s technical credibility into commercial opportunity. You understand that in infrastructure, trust is earned through substance — not slogans — and your marketing reflects that.
You will work closely with the sales, PR, and developer relations teams to ensure marketing efforts are coordinated and mutually reinforcing. You will also work with leadership to develop positioning and messaging that accurately reflects ai&'s differentiation in a market that is noisy, fast-moving, and full of companies making claims they cannot back up.

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, content, events, and partnerships. Drive awareness and demand for ai&'s inference platform, compute services, and developer tools in Japan and key international markets.

Content Marketing: Own the content pipeline — blog posts, case studies, technical briefs, customer stories, and thought leadership. Ensure content is technically credible, well-written, and aligned with ai&'s positioning. Work with engineering and product teams to translate technical depth into compelling content.

Digital Marketing & Analytics: Manage ai&'s digital presence including website, social channels, and paid campaigns. Track performance, optimize spend, and report on what is driving results. Use data to make decisions, not to fill dashboards.

Event Marketing: Plan and execute ai&'s presence at industry events, conferences, and meetups in Japan and globally. Coordinate with PR and developer relations to ensure events are well-supported and maximally impactful.

Brand & Positioning: Develop and maintain ai&'s brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual identity. Ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Guard the brand — ai& stands for substance and technical credibility, and every piece of marketing should reflect that.

Market Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer sentiment. Surface insights that inform marketing strategy and help the broader team understand how ai& is perceived and where opportunities exist.
Content & Storytelling: You are a strong writer who can produce content that is technically accurate and genuinely interesting to read. You know that the best B2B marketing does not sound like marketing — it sounds like someone who understands the problem.
Data-Driven Execution: You measure what matters and you optimize based on results. You are comfortable with marketing analytics, attribution, and using data to justify investment and refine strategy.
Community (Engagement & Events): You enjoy building community-driven marketing programs — from meetups and roundtables to online engagement — and you know how to turn community into trust, awareness, and pipeline.
Event & Campaign Management: Experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns and events. You handle complexity, deadlines, and cross-functional coordination without losing quality.
B2B Technology Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing for technology companies, ideally in AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or enterprise software. You understand the difference between marketing to developers and marketing to executives, and you can do both.
Bilingual Fluency: Professional fluency in Japanese and English is required. You create content and campaigns that work in both languages without feeling like translations.

AI Tools and Workflows: You need to have a passion and enthusiasm for using (or learning to use) the latest AI tools, workflows and agents. ai& is an AI company and as AI redefines the workplace, we want you to be at the forefront of adopting, using and making these tools.
