About the Role
~1 min read· Own the aggregation, visualization, and reporting of sales data and performance metrics for distributors and partners.
· Run variance analysis on budgets vs. actuals, proactively flagging risks and insights for the sales team.
· Serve as the go-to primary contact for partner inquiries regarding applications, delivery timelines, and product specifications.
· Maintain data integrity by managing order and revenue entries within CRM/SFA and core ERP systems.
· Oversee and audit critical documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
· Identify operational bottlenecks and propose smart solutions to automate and streamline routine workflows.
· Track and manage marketing fund allocations for partners, ensuring strict compliance with company guidelines.
· Monitor fund utilization rates and deliver regular status reports.
· 1+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or commercial finance/accounting roles.
· Tech-savvy mindset with hands-on proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and modern CRM systems.
· Strong numerical fluency—you love numbers and pride yourself on speed and accuracy.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effortlessly with both internal teams and external partners.
Nice to Have
~1 min read· A passion for AI tools: Experience with (or a strong desire to adopt) tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Claude to automate and optimize your daily workflow.
· Business-level English proficiency, specifically comfortable with reading and written communication (emails/slack/teams).
· Industry experience within IT/SaaS or working with two-tier (distributor/partner) sales models.
· Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar major CRM platforms.
· Foundational knowledge of management accounting or marketing budget tracking.
