About the Role

This position plays a critical role in the daily success of the clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients and a central part of scheduling, communication, and overall clinic flow.

This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize quickly, and confidence in handling multiple tasks at once.

Minimum of 1 year of  consistent experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or medical office role preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth

  • Answer and manage a AI/multi-line phone system efficiently

  • Schedule patients across multiple providers while optimizing clinic flow

  • Verify insurance benefits and clearly communicate patient financial responsibility

  • Collect payments and confidently discuss billing and costs with patients

  • Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system

  • Support overall clinic operations, organization, and daily efficiency


  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • High level of organization and ability to multitask under pressure

  • Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

  • Confidence discussing financial matters with patients

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, EHR systems) Empower a plus!

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Nice to Have

  • Experience in a medical office or physical therapy setting

  • Basic knowledge of  insurance verification and eligibility

  • Experience coordinating schedules for multiple providers


  • Full-time, on-site position
