As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for our first Operations & Projects Lead to bring structure, ownership, and operational excellence across the company. You'll be responsible for the systems, processes, projects, and day-to-day operations that keep Aikido running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT Operations, Office Management, and Hospitality.

• Drive operational projects from idea to execution.

• Support company-wide initiatives such as migrations, system implementations, office expansions, and process improvements.

• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational risks, then solve them proactively.

• Work closely with leadership to implement organizational changes and scaling initiatives.

• Manage external vendors and operational partners.

• Ensure employees have an exceptional workplace experience, whether in-office or remote.

• Experience leading operations, business operations, workplace operations, project management, or similar functions.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Hands-on mindset. You enjoy both strategic thinking and execution.

• Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly.

• High ownership mentality and strong attention to detail.

• Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up is a strong plus.
