At AIM Sport, we have extensive experience in sports marketing. We operate in over 300 football stadiums and arenas worldwide, delivering innovative digital perimeter advertising solutions to a growing portfolio of blue-chip clients, including Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, FIFA, UEFA, Adidas, Heineken, Sony, Google, Mastercard and Audi.

You will work within a multicultural team of motion designers, graphic designers, video editors and developers, bringing together a wide range of skills. This environment offers the opportunity to develop both technically and creatively, while contributing to high-level projects in a demanding but rewarding setting.

The role is based in our studio in Madrid, located next to the Bernabéu stadium. Madrid offers a dynamic mix of professional opportunities, culture, sports and quality of life.

Job Description:

  • Act as the central point of contact for incoming project requests, prioritising and assigning tasks to team members based on workload and deadlines, with an understanding of 3D rendering pipelines and post-production workflows.

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, coordinating with the creative team to ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained.

  • Establish and manage content request procedures, ensuring efficient allocation across various teams.

  • Define and understand commercial priorities to guide content planning.

  • Work closely with other departments in contact with studio, and design teams to optimise content requests.

  • Oversee efficient time management for designated team members.

  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with other departments, updating them on project progress, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or changes.
