Production Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to oversee and support multiple residential restoration and renovation projects. This role focuses on coordinating project activities, supporting insurance claims processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

  Coordinate daily operations across multiple restoration and renovation projects

  Assist with project scoping and estimating (Xactimate or similar tools)

• →

  Communicate with clients, subcontractors, crews, and insurance adjusters

• →

  Schedule labor, materials, and subcontractors to maintain timelines

• →

  Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards

• →

  Support billing coordination and collections follow-ups

• →

  Maintain accurate project documentation, updates, and job files

• →

  Address client concerns and provide timely project updates

• →

  Build relationships with subcontractors and insurance partners

• →

  Identify and support process improvements for operational efficiency

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or project coordination preferred

• Experience with insurance claims and adjuster processes strongly preferred

• Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating software is a plus

• Experience in billing, collections, or accounts coordination is an advantage

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Solid understanding of residential construction (light commercial is a plus)

• Has experience in restoration or insurance-related construction work

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable

• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working in a client-facing, fast-paced environment

• Works independently while supporting a team

• Motivated to grow into higher-level production or operations roles
