Notre équipe juridique basée à Paris recherche un stagiaire en Droit Social pour une durée de 6 mois.

Vous accompagnerez le déploiement de la stratégie business, juridique et RH d’Aircall en France et à l’International (EMEA + APAC). Plus particulièrement sur la partie France, vous participerez à la gestion des relations individuelles et collectives de travail. Sous la supervision du managers, vous serez étroitement impliqué(e) dans le traitement des dossiers.
  • Accompagnerez l’Équipe Juridique et RH dans la gestion des collaborateurs 
  • Serez le point de contact pour toute question relative au droit du travail individuel
  • Participerez à d’éventuelles procédures d’enquête
  • Réaliserez des études et des analyses approfondies des évolutions juridiques et de la jurisprudence
  • Participerez à la définition et à l’exécution de la stratégie Relations Sociales au niveau local et au respect de l’agenda social
  • Suivrez l’animation et de la préparation du dialogue social afin de maintenir un climat social de qualité avec le CSE
  • Participerez à l’implémentation de projets de modification des organisations
  • Réaliserez des recherches techniques
  • De formation supérieure : École de commerce avec spécialisation en Droit du travail ou titulaire d’un MASTER II spécialisé en droit social (ou équivalent) et actuellement à l’école des avocats
  • Bon niveau d’anglais requis (écrit et oral)
  • Solide connaissance des législations et pratiques en vigueur en matière de réglementation sociale
  • Très organisé(e), rigoureux(se) vous faites preuve d’un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse pour accompagner de manière opérationnelle et pragmatique les équipes
  • Esprit d’équipe, qualités relationnelles, constructif, réactif et positif
