We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst and System Administrator to support the QHSE & Continuous Improvement . This role is essential for managing our digital platforms, ensuring data integrity across the Integrated Management System (IMS), and driving process automation. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in data visualization and system administration, dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency through digital innovation and robust document control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intelex System Administration: Serve as the administrator for the Intelex platform, managing user creation, changes, and deletions. Maintain user roles and data integrity, and serve as the single point of contact for facilities maintenance within the tool.

  • Document Control: Act as the Document Control Coordinator (DCC) for Air Liquide India. Responsibilities include maintaining the master document register, ensuring version control across the IMS using AODocs, and distributing new or revised documents to users. Assign document numbers and support the release and revalidation of all IMS documents.

  • Reporting & Dashboard Preparation: Support the preparation of various QHSE and CI reports, dashboards, and presentations. This involves collecting, consolidating, and visualizing data to highlight trends and areas for improvement.

  • Coordination of Yellow Belt Projects: Assist with the coordination of Yellow Belt projects, including tracking project progress, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

  • Manage IDEAL programme: keep track of suggestions portal and ensure all implemented suggestions are rewarded every quarter.MIS Dashboard updated .

  • Process Automation: Support in Automating tasks and reports of QHSE and CI-related data and processes, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.

  • Communication Support: Assist in drafting and disseminating internal communications related to QHSE initiatives, safety campaigns, and continuous improvement updates.

  • Tool Utilization: Proactively utilize Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.) and leverage AI capabilities like Gemini for enhanced productivity, data analysis, and content generation.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experienced in Data visualisation and Reporting tools like Looker studio, Power BI, MS, and an ability to manipulate data for business insights. Strong Expertise in ETL processes. 

  • Fair knowledge of programming languages like Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL etc.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Apps script, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, AODOCS), familiarity with Prompt Engineering and using AI tools, for data analysis and process automation.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn about QHSE and Continuous Improvement principles.

Desirable Skills : 

  • Microsoft PL300 Data Analyst Associate Certification

  • Other BI and programming tools : Adobe Analytics, Tableau, stata, R.

  • Decent experience in graphic designing using Canva.

  • Knowledge of HSE Management softwares like  Intelex, Enablon, velocity etc.
