We are seeking a compassionate and service-driven Funeral Director / Embalmer to join a highly respected, multi-location funeral service organization. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional care to families while working within a structured, team-oriented environment.

You will play a key role in supporting families, coordinating services, and maintaining the highest standards of preparation and presentation.

• →Meet with families to arrange and coordinate funeral services with professionalism and empathy
• →Direct and oversee funeral, memorial, and graveside services
• →Perform embalming, preparation, and care of the deceased (as licensed)
• →Coordinate logistics including transportation, scheduling, and service execution
• →Collaborate with internal teams across multiple locations to ensure seamless operations
• →Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• →Uphold a high standard of appearance, service quality, and attention to detail

• Active Funeral Director license (required)
• Embalmer license preferred (dual-licensed candidates strongly encouraged)
• Prior experience in funeral service (preferred, but strong newer candidates considered)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Commitment to delivering a premier level of service

• Full-time, on-site role
• Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Unique rotating schedule:
• Off every other weekend (including one long weekend: Fri–Sun)
• Additional weekday off
• No more than 4 consecutive workdays
• On-call responsibilities limited to support (no routine overnight removals)
