Overview
A well-established, high-performing funeral services organization is seeking a Location Manager to oversee one of its primary locations along with a centralized care center. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for operational excellence, team development, and maintaining a premier standard of service for families.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a funeral home location and centralized care center
- Lead and develop a team of funeral professionals, including apprentices and licensed staff
- Manage logistics and coordinate service flow across multiple locations
- Serve as the primary problem-solver for day-to-day operational challenges
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, family-centered service
- Partner with leadership to maintain and improve operational systems and standards
- Foster a collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented team environment
Qualifications
- Experience in funeral service operations required
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred (not required for high-potential candidates)
- Experience with embalming or care center operations strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and manage workflows
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism and commitment to service excellence
Licensing
- Licensed Funeral Director required
- Dual licensure (Funeral Director + Embalmer) preferred
Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus: Up to $8,000 annually (paid quarterly based on performance)

Schedule & Work Environment
- On-site role at primary location
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
