IT Recruiter & People Operations Specialist

Alabama Solutions is seeking a talented and skilled IT Recruiter & HR professional to join our team. As an IT Recruiter & HR, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, as well as handling HR activities. You will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top IT talent, while also ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within the company.

• →Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• →Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• →Post job openings on various job boards and online platforms.
• →Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• →Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
• →Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates.
• →Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• →Handle HR activities such as employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
• →Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.

• →Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or HR professional.
• →Strong knowledge of IT industry and technical skills.
• →Experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• →Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• →Ability to assess candidates' skills and qualifications effectively.
• →Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• →Strong organizational and time management skills.
• →Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• →Proficient in using recruitment and HR software/tools.
