ATI Materials is currently seeking a Human Resource Business Partner located within the Greater Milwaukee Area. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will lead HR initiatives within the Operations Team, focusing on fostering a harmonious and productive work environment. Leveraging your expertise, you will help support labor relations, talent management, talent acquisition, compensation, and engagement.

• →Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• →Assist in developing, communicating, and executing comprehensive strategies to manage labor relations within your operations stakeholder group.
• →Investigating and resolving employee relations issues within your operations stakeholder group.
• →Support and consult on the talent acquisition process, supporting hiring managers and the talent acquisition group to fill open positions within your stakeholder group.
• →Support and execute talent management efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals.
• →Assist in implementing and monitoring metrics to track progress and drive accountability for achieving HR goals.
• →Work with a team of HR business partners, working collaboratively to achieve organizational goals
• →Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience working in a HR Business Partner capacity in manufacturing setting or 5+ years' in a non-manufacturing setting.

• 1+ years’ experience in supporting labor relations within a manufacturing environment.
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
