MS Dynamics F&O Functional Consultant

Job Description Role overview: The MS Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Support Specialist is responsible for providing functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules. Requirements At least 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations good understanding of core F&O modules such as: HR & Payroll, General Ledger , Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management Experience with system implementation, configuration, workflows, and personalization. Support testing activities including UAT, testing, and batch validation. Maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration logs, and training materials. Train end-users and provide guidance on best practices. Familiarity Azure DevOps, and Power Platform tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using D365 F&O capabilities. Ability to work in teamwork and collaboratively Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the operational aspects of implemented ERP systems, including system upgrades and enhancements. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field. Having a certification in MS Dynamics is a plus
