AI Growth Associate (SEO/GEO)

Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one seamless system. Our vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all.

• After 6 months: You ship at least one fully agent-powered content pipeline end to end. Non-brand organic traffic and AI citations show measurable growth in your cluster. You can defend any piece we have published in the last quarter on its merits.

• After 12 months: You co-own the content roadmap across at least two markets. You are the person the SEO/GEO Lead consults before making cluster or agent design decisions. You have shipped at least one experiment that changed how the team works.

• Exposure to SEO, growth marketing, or organic acquisition (tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics)

• Previous track record of building with AI agents or automation tools (Dust, Claude, GPT)

For this role we are targeting a B0-B1 level range.
