  A 5,000-employee client needs a guarantee we almost offer. Do we build it, adapt what exists, or reframe the need?

  How do we give enterprise clients the flexibility they expect without letting our product sprawl?

  Which of your decisions could an AI agent make tomorrow, and how do you make sure it doesn't freeze into rigid rules?

• You make build / operate / reframe decisions on coverage requests on your own, and a first AI-powered assessment layer is live on simple cases.

• No new near-duplicate guarantees in our catalog without explicit justification.

• You're one of the most knowledgeable people at Alan on your market.

• You've started ramping up on a second product area.

• At least 5 years of experience in a product-related role (Product Manager, Product Ops, Solutions Engineer/Architect, Founder…), ideally around complex B2B or enterprise deals.

• A genuine love for understanding how systems work under the hood: technical, operational and business.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders, and the ability to hold a well-reasoned position under commercial pressure while keeping their trust.

• A structured, fact-based way of making decisions, and clear written communication.

• A track record of getting things done across teams and against deadlines.

• Curiosity about AI and hands-on experience using it to automate your own work.

• Fluency in English and French/Dutch

• (As a plus) Experience in health insurance or employee benefits.
  

For this role, we hire within the D–E level range.

• Location: You must be legally eligible to work from Belgium.

• Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
