Alarm.com seeks a creative, analytical, and entrepreneurial Senior Digital Marketer to build and accelerate demand generation for Alarm.com’s Venture Business Units (VBUs) — a portfolio of independent, entrepreneurial companies in the Alarm.com family, each with its own brand, market, and customer base. In this startup-style environment, you’ll own programs to attract, engage, and convert qualified prospects into customers, combining creative brand building with data-driven lead generation.
You’ll partner with leadership, sales, and product teams to design and execute multi-channel programs that build pipeline, drive revenue, and scale efficiently.
This role is built for someone with several years of hands-on experience running and optimizing digital campaigns — enough reps to make informed recommendations about where our programs should go next, not just execute a plan handed to them. We're looking for someone naturally curious and analytical: you want to know what worked, what didn't, and why, and you use that answer to make the next campaign better.

Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of hands-on digital and/or growth marketing experience — personally running and optimizing live campaigns, not directing others who do.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on fluency across paid search, paid social, email and ABM — including audience setup, budget pacing, and creative testing.
- Proven track record of creating multi-channel B2B campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear reports and actionable insights — and to diagnose why performance moved, not just report that it did (Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, attribution tracking).
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align marketing to sales priorities.
- Experience with B2B marketing in SaaS or connected devices is a plus.
- Startup mindset — creative, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Collaborative, with the ability to work directly with leadership teams of independent venture units.
- Curious, with a growth mindset — always hunting for a better way to deliver results, and quick to fold what you learn back into the next test.
- Data-driven decision-making coupled with creative problem solving.
