• Home every weekend for a full 2 days
• No-touch dry van freight across regional lanes
• Peterbilt 579 and Kenworth T680 equipment
• $375 paid three-day orientation
No-touch freight demand and balanced scheduling give CDL-A truck drivers a dependable regional setup with regular weekend home time. Established Northeast and Midwest lanes help maintain productive weekly mileage while keeping drivers within a familiar operating range.
Driver Setup
Drivers are home every weekend for two days, providing dependable time away from the road each week. Primary routes operate throughout the Northeast and Midwest, with occasional opportunities to travel into additional states when freight demand requires broader coverage.
The regional lane structure supports steady movement without limiting drivers to one small operating area. Drivers can expect a practical mix of familiar routes, productive mileage, and scheduled home time.
Your Equipment
Operate a modern 2021–2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultraloft or one of the limited Kenworth T680 tractors in the fleet. Each truck is equipped to support driver comfort and convenience throughout the workweek.
Equipment includes APUs, refrigerators, and power inverters. Most tractors use Thermo King APUs, while some older models have Carrier units. Trucks are governed at 70 MPH through both cruise control and the pedal.
Only outward-facing cameras are used.
Pay and Weekly Miles
Weekly pay is $1,500 to $1,700. Drivers average approximately 2,087 miles per week, while top performers average approximately 2,697 miles.
Consistent regional freight and structured dispatch planning help drivers maintain productive mileage while returning home every weekend.
Benefits
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Paid time off
• 401(k) with company match
Orientation
Orientation lasts three days, with classes beginning on Monday or Wednesday. Transportation to orientation is provided, along with a private hotel room and lunches during the program.
Drivers receive $375 for completing the three-day orientation. The program covers the company information, equipment expectations, and operating procedures needed before receiving a truck and first load assignment.
