• →Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production or food manufacturing environment is advantageous
• →Effective leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
• →Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to enhance efficiency.
• →Strong communication skills to build rapport with team members and management.
• →Ability to remain calm in a busy environment
• →Flexibility of working hours to assist with cover of Team Leaders absence when required (this may involve some weekend working or earlier starts/later finishes).
