We're looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our engineering team on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of a fast-paced manufacturing operation, ensuring our equipment, systems and people continue to perform at their best.

As part of a skilled and supportive engineering team, you will:

• →Lead and support engineering activities across the site to maximise plant reliability and performance.
• →Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults quickly and effectively.
• →Carry out planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and improve efficiency.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reliability and safety.
• →Support equipment installations, upgrades and improvement projects.
• →Work closely with Production and Operations teams to reduce downtime and improve overall equipment performance.
• →Ensure all engineering activities are completed safely and in line with food manufacturing standards.
• →Promote a proactive maintenance culture and support the development of engineering best practices across the site.
