• →Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery during rotating day and night shifts.
• →Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• →Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues swiftly and efficiently.
• →Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying equipment optimization opportunities.
• →Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on equipment performance.

• →Proven experience as an engineer within a manufacturing or food production environment is highly desirable.
• →Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• →Ability to work flexibly on rotating day and night shifts.
• →Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• →Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• →Knowledge of health and safety standards in an industrial setting.
