We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Working Student to join our HR team for up to 20 hours per week alongside your studies.
This is not a traditional internship, but an ongoing part-time opportunity designed to provide meaningful hands-on experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
The primary focus of this role will be active sourcing—identifying and engaging potential candidates for our open positions. In addition, the successful candidate will gain broader exposure to recruitment processes, HR administration, employer branding, and people-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Active Sourcing (Main Focus)
- Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, university networks, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
- Craft personalised outreach messages designed to generate strong response rates
- Conduct initial pre-screening of interested candidates and present qualified profiles to the responsible recruiter
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, candidate interactions, and pipeline status within BambooHR and other recruitment systems
- Continuously monitor the market to identify where the best candidates can be found and the most effective ways to approach them
HR Support (Remaining Time)
- Support the HR team with day-to-day operational tasks, including onboarding coordination, document preparation, and general HR administration
- Assist in organising recruitment activities such as career fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives
- Maintain HR data, candidate databases, and recruitment reports
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning & development
- Provide general support to HR colleagues on time-sensitive priorities when required
Required Skills & Attributes
- Currently enrolled at university, ideally in a Business, Psychology, HR, or related field.
- Available to work 20 hours per week consistently alongside your studies.
- Some prior office or professional work experience — this is not a first job.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A genuine can-do attitude: proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Comfortable working with digital tools (LinkedIn, Office/Google Workspace, basic spreadsheets).
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling people-related information.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to recruitment, sourcing, or HR (through previous part-time roles, internships, or university projects).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or HRIS platforms.
- Interest in employer branding, talent strategy, or organisational psychology.
