In your position as a supervisor within our dynamic organization, you receive a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000, and the potential for increased earnings based on experience. As the Third Shift Mechanic and Maintenance Manager, you are essential in ensuring smooth maintenance operations during the graveyard shift. • 2+ years of maintenance experience in food production or related industries is preferred
• Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical repair
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills
