ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Overview: In your role as Production Supervisor, you start your day by checking in with your team and reviewing the production schedule. You ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that quality standards are met. Throughout the day, you oversee production lines, addressing any issues that arise and providing on-the-spot coaching and feedback to your team. You also handle time and attendance, making sure that everyone is on track. By the end of your shift, you conduct final product checks, ensuring everything is up to standard before the end of the day.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor
• Production and quality control experience
• Ability to coach, correct, and provide feedback on behavior and performance
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A keen eye for detail
