As the Senior Associate I, Repair& Maintenance Engineering, you will be responsible for providing engineering and technical support to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and manufacturing systems. The role focuses on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and continuous operational support to minimize downtime and support manufacturing objectives.
- Support safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of production equipment to meet manufacturing objectives.
- Provide timely technical support for equipment breakdowns, maintenance activities, and production issues.
- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and availability.
- Contribute to OEE improvement initiatives by reducing equipment downtime and addressing recurring equipment failures.
- Support timely closure of deviations, CAPAs, Quality Notifications, and technical investigations related to manufacturing equipment and E&I systems.
- Support commissioning, qualification, startup, and handover activities for new or modified production equipment and systems.
- Support reliability and continuous operation of utility, electrical, and instrumentation systems serving manufacturing operations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance, equipment, and engineering documentation in accordance with GMP and site requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, compliance, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and support contractors and vendors performing maintenance, repair, and engineering activities on site.
- Maintain awareness of emerging maintenance, reliability, electrical, and instrumentation technologies applicable to site operations.
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP, EHS, electrical safety, and site procedures.
- Min 8 years of hands on experience in electrical, instrumentation and calibration in either of the following manufacturing sectors: pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, chemical, semiconductor
- Experience in GXP documentation
- Able to provide 24/7 support
· Good team player
· Enjoy working with various cross functional team across manufacturing site
· Comfortable to be based at Tuas, transport provided from CCK, Jurong East, Outram Park, Woodlands MRT.
