We are looking for an Associate Campaign Manager to support our team in Bangkok, Thailand, driving Campaign Management and Publisher oversight across the APAC region. This role sits at the intersection of media execution, publisher strategy, and client advisory — requiring someone equally adept at optimizing campaign delivery in real time and presenting clear, strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The position is responsible for end‑to‑end mobile app campaign performance, managing publisher relationships across the region, and partnering closely with Account Management to drive client outcomes. It also serves as the primary point of escalation for fraud prevention, traffic quality, commercial proposals, and billing operations.

  • Daily monitoring of pacing, spend, delivery, conversions, and DSP performance; proactively troubleshoot tracking issues and launch new campaigns with speed and precision.
  • Lead weekly performance reviews and publisher-level pacing assessments, identifying optimizations levers and acting on them swiftly.
  • Drive monthly budget allocation reviews and contribute to broader media strategy for key accounts.
  • Manage publisher relationships across APAC, with accountability for quality assurance, onboarding, optimizations, and traffic control.
  • Monitor publisher performance daily - investigate underperforming traffic, respond to publisher inquiries, maintain CRM and fraud report updates.
  • Conduct weekly publisher performance reviews and lead optimization discussions; oversee new publisher onboarding and traffic quality analysis.
  • Support Client Partners with performance insights, campaign troubleshooting, and strategic recommendations.
  • Respond daily to client inquiries, provide campaign status updates, and investigate performance concerns.
  • Participate in weekly performance calls with clients; prepare and deliver recommendations and custom strategy outputs as requested.
  • Monitor and identify fraudulent activity, suspicious publishers, and traffic quality risks across the APAC portfolio.
  • Review fraud dashboards daily; investigate blocked traffic, rejected installs, and suspicious activity patterns.
  • Lead weekly publisher quality reviews and fraud trend analyses; generate and communicate optimization recommendations.
  • Support billing reconciliation and validation processes for APAC publisher activity.
  • Submit publisher invoices to the finance team on a weekly basis; proactively communicate on pending payments.
  • Provide monthly billing validation to all publishers, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Support Client Partners and Management with campaign planning, proposals, inventory forecasting, and commercial requests.
  • Respond to rate card requests, provide inventory availability assessments, estimate campaign volume and KPI feasibility.
  • Support proposal development; deliver historical benchmark data and market insights to inform client strategy.
  •

  • 5+ years in mobile app performance advertising, ad operations, or programmatic media ideally within a DSP, ad network, or publisher-side environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing publisher relationships and traffic quality in the APAC market.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava) and DSPs.
  • Prior exposure to fraud detection tools and traffic quality frameworks.
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to present complex performance narratives clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and operational rigour, particularly in billing and reconciliation workflows.
