We are looking for a hands-on Tax Manager to join our Global Corporate Tax team. You will own transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and process improvement primarily across APAC, with exposure to selected countries in Europe. Working directly with accounting, treasury, legal, and HR teams, you will drive decisions—not just advise. You will bring strong technical transfer pricing expertise combined with a proactive mindset, accounting knowledge, and a genuine openness to using technology and AI tools to work smarter.

We are looking for self-starting individuals who thrive on challenge and responsibility—independent, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities across different teams simultaneously as part of the Global Corporate Tax team of a US-holding multinational corporation.

Give clear instructions to the accounting and finance teams on transfer pricing adjustments to be processed each month.

Monitor the correct execution of monthly TP adjustments in the ERP system

Conduct period controls on arm's length profitability of Aleph entities in APAC and Europe.

Coordinate, review and update transfer pricing documentation either in-house or in collaboration with external consultants (master file, local files, and country-by-country reporting notifications).

Stay updated on global transfer pricing legislation, regulations, and judicial decisions.

Build relationships and interact with accounting, treasury, legal, HR and other internal teams, as well as external stakeholders (advisors and auditors).

Define transfer pricing audits' defense strategy and answer internal transfer pricing requests.

Prepare memos to support Group tax positions for audit processes.

Provide consulting and expertise to advise management on audit-related matters.

Identify and anticipate potential problem areas, measuring and managing risks.

Provide innovative tax planning ideas in connection with Transfer Pricing policies.

Design and maintain transfer pricing guidelines for new controlled transactions.

Proactively identify opportunities to simplify, automate or improve transfer pricing processes and workflows.

Lead the adoption of AI tools within the TP function to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy and improve overall output quality.

English — advanced / bilingual.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Economics, Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience in multinational companies or a combination of MNC and Big 4.

Strong accounting foundations: ability to read financial statements, understand P&L and balance sheet drivers, and navigate ERP data independently (SAP).

Excellent knowledge of transfer pricing principles, BEPS initiatives, OECD guidelines, and local TP regulations across APAC and European markets.

Proven experience managing transfer pricing compliance across multiple countries and time zones simultaneously.

Advanced Excel (mandatory).

Openness and ability to use AI tools in day-to-day work to improve efficiency, quality and process simplification — this is a genuine expectation, not optional.

Proactive, structured, and hands-on: you identify problems and move to fix them without waiting to be asked.

Strong communication skills — able to translate complex TP matters clearly for accounting, treasury, and management audiences.

Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple deliverables across teams and deadlines

Nice to have : Additional qualifications such as an MBA or MA in Economics, Deep knowledge of international tax, Experience with tax audits and interacting with TP practitioners across multiple jurisdictions.
