Proposal Writing Manager

• →Support Request for Proposal (RFP) analysis, compliance reviews, and overall proposal coordination
• →Edit, format, and standardize proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with requirements
• →Manage proposal inputs, including document organization, SharePoint libraries, and version control
• →Coordinate internal review cycles and assist with final proposal production and submission
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

• Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting federal (GovCon) proposals
• Strong written communication, editing, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with federal procurement processes is preferred

Location: Hybrid - Arlington or Reston, VA
