Junior Program Analyst

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Alexandria Insights (AI) is looking for qualified and experienced Junior Program Analysts to support Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA. Duties / responsibilities include:
  • Under supervision, support the team members and the customers with acquisition program lifecycle activities.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules in MS Project.
  • Assist with the development of acquisition documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings, to include preparing agendas and capturing minutes.
  • Prepare presentations, and other supporting materials.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
  • 0-2 years of related acquisition management experience for a government contractor, or related military experience.
  • Eligible for DoD Secret clearance.
  • Excellent writing skills required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications, particularly with Word, PowerPoint, and Project
  • OnePager Pro experience preferred but not required.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Naval Correspondence Manual preferred.

Salary Range - $50,000.00-$80,000.00
