Care Coordinator

• →Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients
• →Serve as our new patient scheduling liaison for 16 clinics across the Chicagoland area and 20+ states virtually for telehealth visits
• →Manage and schedule new patient appointments and promptly respond to new patient inquiries
• →Provide support to clinics for scheduling, insurance collection, and billing related questions

• Bachelors degree from a 4-year accredited school
• 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer relations
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Great team player able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Customer-first, outgoing attitude and exceptional customer service skills
• Professional and courteous demeanor in all forms of communication
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; top-notch tact in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
• Takes ownership and applies rigor to all tasks assigned – understands the direct impact this role has on business operations
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Comfort conducting daily tasks on the phone or computer
• Ease and savviness utilizing Microsoft office products and various software
• Must provide high speed internet connection
• Must have a quiet work environment to take and make phone calls
