Hormone Health Provider (Nurse Practitioner)

This position would focus mainly on thyroid conditions, hormone health (including lots of BHRT!) and some medication management. The heart of who we are and how we operate is “patient first.” For full-time providers, we have a starting base salary guarantee of $130K (depending on experience), as well as bonus/revenue share opportunity. We manage all marketing, staffing, practice management, billing and reimbursement, as well as provide all necessary equipment.
