Role: System Payment Engineer Location: HYDERABAD | BANGALORE | PUNE | CHENNAI Experience: 6-9 Years Employment Type: Contract to hire Notice Period:0-30 days(If you have negotiable notice period or buyout option please apply) Requirements We are looking for an experienced ACI BASE24-eps Technology Architect / Support Engineer with strong expertise in payment transaction processing, ACI products, infrastructure, application support, and production troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BASE24-eps and CMM installation/support, system monitoring and administration, payment interchange technologies, transaction processing, key management, and TSS. Strong programming and scripting capabilities along with excellent communication skills are required. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, troubleshoot, and support development, test, and production environments. Provide technical support and administration for ACI BASE24-eps and CMM environments. Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of BASE24-eps systems. Monitor production systems, identify performance or availability issues, and drive timely resolution. Perform system administration, capacity management, performance monitoring, and growth analysis. Analyze transaction-processing issues and troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and integration failures. Work closely with application, infrastructure, database, network, security, and payment-processing teams. Support payment transaction flows across multiple interchanges and processing networks. Analyze and troubleshoot single-message and dual-message transaction processing. Maintain technical documentation covering system architecture, configuration, operational procedures, and troubleshooting. Participate in capacity planning and provide recommendations based on transaction volumes and system growth. Support key management and TSS processes and troubleshoot related issues. Present technical information, incidents, solutions, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
