General Manager

• →Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• →10 + years of manufacturing management experience; experience with rotating equipment manufacturing preferred.
• →Strong leadership and team management skills.
• →Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• →Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• →Proficient in the use of MS Office and relevant software applications.
• →Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Both domestic and international travel is required (less than 30%)

• Employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. may be required

Salary: $140,000 - $220,000, plus generous bonus structure
