The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and collaborative partner to leaders and employees, supporting the organization’s people initiatives, culture, and operational goals. This role balances hands-on HR execution with consultative partnership, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, performance, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP works closely with leadership to align Human Resources practices with business objectives and to promote a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace.
Compensation
• $80,000 - $100,000 (Depending on experience)
• Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organizational issues
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Act as a point of contact for employee and manager questions related to policies, procedures, and general HR practices
• Support leaders with day-to-day people management needs, including coaching on corrective action, documentation, and best practices
• Partner with HR leadership on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Oversee leave of absence administration and benefits coordination in partnership with the PEO
• Support the 60-day and annual performance review process, including tracking, documentation, and process improvements
• Participate in company culture, engagement, and retention initiatives, including employee recognition, new hire check-ins, and engagement programs
• Assist with planning and execution of HR-related events such as organization-wide meetings, and employee appreciation activities
• Conduct periodic audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements
• Collaborate with HR leadership on policy development, revision, and communication
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR processes, documentation, and operational efficiency
• Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR functions
• Attend internal and external meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities as required
• Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving business and people needs
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist aligned role
• High school diploma/GED accepted with 3+ years of progressive HR experience
• Working knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Experience supporting employee relations and partnering with leaders preferred
• HR certification (aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
• Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems preferred
• Experience in a PEO environment preferred
• Experience supporting a workforce of 100+ employees
• Multi-state HR experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to influence, coach, and guide leaders and employees effectively
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and legal guidelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

JOB TYPE: Full-time, exempt
SCHEDULE: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
