-Support Business Report, Yu-ho, CG report, Integrated report, Extraordinary Report
-Support Notice of Convocation
-Year-End and Interim Dividend procedures
Responsible for equity administration and shareholder management while supporting IR operations, including disclosure activities and corporate event management. The role collaborates closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate disclosure, supporting capital policy execution and financial strategy.

-Workload fluctuates with peak periods around earnings releases and AGSM season

Various roles within and outside of control/finance department

Acquire basic knowledge of stock operations, Tokyo Stock Exchange disclosures, and corporate law.
<Long term>
Not only handle stock operations, but also communicate with investors analysts, and convey the company's current status to stakeholders
