Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a QA Investigator Specialist to play a vital role in conducting thorough investigations into incidents that occur meeting regulatory and Aspire standards. This position plays a crucial role in upholding our commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment where rights, choices, and consent are honored.
This position is responsible for monitoring various aspects of service delivery to ensure Aspire Living and Learning meets established compliance, certification, and agency quality standards by examining electronic records, reports, operating practices and documentation.

Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in human service field, law, criminal justice, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in conducting investigations, preferably in disability services
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in conducting record reviews
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain objectivity, confidentiality, and sensitivity during investigations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Become a certified Abuse and Neglect Investigator as prescribed by state where conducting investigations.
- Must have satisfactory background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Use of a personal vehicle for travel is required.
