This is a great opportunity to join a growing, interdisciplinary team of professionals focused on creating exceptional learning experiences for children in need.

In this role, you will be part of a collaborative educational team consisting of a supervisor and educators. The team partners with school districts to deliver high-quality education to students in a small-group learning environment within non-public schools across Philadelphia.

As a Licensed School Counselor, you will work one-on-one or in small groups to provide classroom guidance, promote student engagement, and support academic performance.

  Consulting and building strong rapport with parents, classroom teachers, school principals, and other school personnel

  Maintaining open and consistent communication with school staff and families

• →

  Providing local resources to school staff and parents as needed

Start Date: ASAPCompensation: $35–$40/hour, based on experience and qualificationsPositions Available: Full-time

• Must have active and valid Pennsylvania School Counselor Certification 
• Must be willing to obtain and provide all required Pennsylvania clearances and requirements dated within 1 year.
• Computer proficiency required, including but not limited to, Google Drive and Zoom.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service to principals, classroom teachers, and parents.
• Proficiency in gathering and analyzing relevant data and reporting on student progress required.
• Must have exceptional organization and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Work location is in a school building where employee will need to be able to go up and down stairs.
• Frequent standing and ability to raise arms above the head.
• Hand dexterity for typing and entering data into a computer.
