Looking for a change of pace without making a permanent move?

We're seeking an experienced BCBA to support our growing clinical team in the Baltimore, Maryland area through a unique 6-month travel assignment. Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while making a meaningful impact in person one week each month.

About the Role

✈️ Travel to Maryland one week per month | Airfare covered by the company

🏡 Work remotely approximately 75% of the time

🏨 Company-paid hotel accommodations during travel weeks

📋 Maryland licensure reimbursement upon hire

🤝 Join a collaborative, clinician-led team dedicated to quality care

Current BCBA certification in good standing

Minimum of 3 years of BCBA experience

Ability to obtain Maryland licensure prior to start date

Strong clinical and leadership skills

Passion for supporting learners, families, and clinical teams

Ability to thrive in both remote and in-person environments

6-month temporary travel assignment

Approximately 75% remote / 25% onsite

Travel to the Baltimore, MD area one week each month

Full travel support provided
