Responsibilities

- →Partner closely with Outside Sales representatives to deeply understand customer needs and deliver tailored product recommendations and technical solutions.
- →Provide outstanding customer service by preparing accurate, timely quotations and submittals with a strong focus on personalization and attention to detail.
- →Collaborate with the warehouse team to guarantee smooth order processing, on-time fulfillment, and seamless deliveries.
- →Act as the primary point of contact for all sales inquiries, promptly resolving questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- →Maintain precise records of all sales transactions, quotes, and customer interactions while handling related administrative tasks.
- →Proactively manage and grow assigned accounts by building long-term relationships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and driving customer retention and satisfaction
Requirements
~1 min read- Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent education required. BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration is preferred.
- Prior experience in Retail / Hospitality / Customer Service Industry with an ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Tools.
- Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced result driven environment by meeting and exceeding all goals and targets.
- Prior distribution experience.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Highly competitive Sales Skills with a desire to contribute to a winning team / organization.
