As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and shipping/receiving activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• →Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for will call, delivery, or shipment
• →Receive, review, and prioritize work assignments using system-generated tasks or supervisor direction
• →Retrieve products from inventory using manual methods and/or material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• →Verify order accuracy, including product, quantity, and condition, prior to staging or shipping
• →Package and label materials appropriately for safe transport and delivery
• →Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed
• →Maintain organized inventory and properly stock materials in designated locations
• →Complete required documentation, including bills of lading and order records
• →Support will call and counter sales by pulling and staging orders quickly and accurately
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards
• →Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency
• →Contribute to a positive team environment through cooperation and professionalism
• →Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills.
• Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in time management, consistently meeting responsibilities within designated timeframes.
• Collaborative mindset, fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external interactions with customers and manufacturers.
• Basic math skills, including counting and performing computations up to four digits.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including keyboarding.
• Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and oral communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, considering all factors and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Adherence to workplace rules, methods, policies, and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs. regularly. This includes carrying, dragging, and walking with materials, as well as using a hand-truck.
• Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Environmental Conditions:

• The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
• Occasionally, the employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
